We are three brothers and have been working on this project for 9 months. Tell us what you think, we are happy for any kind of feedback
Yes, you're right, there will be a siege component but you will also be able to push on the offensive. There will also be escorting missions ass well as skill based vehicle missions. We aim for variety. Glad you like it Stay posted
Well the graphics need some work, but the graphics style falls into the game so beautifully I can't complain.
As we become better at using the tools that Unity offers, the quality of graphics will go up, no doubt
I don't quite understand though how you'll control the players while in FPS mode. If you don't mind, I suggest you make soldiers following the player.
For now we are happy to be able to give them orders from an RTS view only. We have made sure that the pace of the game doesn't force you to constantly switch between RTS and TPS. The AI is intelligent enough that all you have to do is tell him where to go and he will look for cover on his own and engage the enemy. Meanwhile you can be in TPS and have fun. Eventually we will make it possible to give orders to your squads kind of like in Far Cry, just not for the first episode. We've also thought about a follow command, but we'll give it a little more thought
We appreciate the interest you've shown and that you took the time to ask some questions. Would you be interested in having us send you a little pre alpha as soon as its ready? Just so you can have a little fun and tell us what you like and dont like?
Dont get too excited, it might be a couple of weeks or even more until that happens, but when it does, we'll send you a message
I wont give you a specific date because Shack Studio doesnt want to lie. If there are no catastrophic surprises, we expect to be released sometimes before the end of the year. As I said though, no promises
There will be a free demo, which will basically be a few levels. We are not sure about the price of the episodes yet, but we know that they will be very cheap. There will be no in app purchases
