"Status One'' is based on 2D top-down graphics.In Status one you create your own counter-terrorist organization from scratch and gain renown from accomplished missions. As your team grows, you get increasingly dangerous assignments. Our standout mechanics are that you personally command the entire operation from the field and dynamically give orders to your teammates fighting by their side. In Status One, planning and tactics are important, enemies are dangerous and can easily hurt you and your team. You can recruit new members and fully customize their nicknames and equipment. The game is in alpha phase. There is only one test map so far. We are currently working on AI improving basic mechanics and preparing everything for level creator so we can make maps easily. We are planning over 100+ different missions from gas station bombers to white house hostage situation. There are two of us and we started this as a school project but we see potential in it, so as you can see in the gameplay video on our channel there is a lot of work left to be done. Hi! We are back with a new Status One gameplay! We have made a lot of progress and we want to show you the most important changes in the recording below. What's new? New map is right here along with new features added to help you fight crime. A working save system and ally recruitment have also been added. Camera movement has been changed to make it more smooth. Lights, colors and UI were redone to make game more enjoyable for player. Feel free to leave your feedback. We are always open to your suggestion
Hi! we would like to show you what we have been working on recently. We focused on creating a new gameplay, but we also worked on a new map that we managed to finish and we will keep improving it. We are currently working on new mechanics, including improving civilians and a way to randomly select missions based on your reputation.
Hi everyone! Here are the results of our work over the past months. We have completely reworked the UI and added a preparation phase where you can buy equipment and recruit operators. There is also a summary screen at the end of each mission where you see the progress of your team. We have also added the renown and experience system. As your renown increases, you get new, more challenging missions for which you obviously get more money. With each mission, your allies gain experience, which affects their stats and skills. The mechanics of AI keep getting better. For example we've prevented the AI from getting stuck in the doorway. Currently we want to focus on the mechanics of HQ and the new enemy system.
