I am creating a slasher game, mixed with psychological horror. The game is similar to Clock Tower & Power Drill Massacre. Its based in late 1997, and the protagonist (Jennifer Lambert). is a high school student facing depression.

I'd like suggestions, and help with a bit of the game. Visit my site right here!

I am using the 3D Rad Engine. With a few modifications. most models and sounds are custom, and made by me.

I would enjoy some help with the game, as the game has made it so far.

I very much love horror of most kinds, and am an avid fan of the Silent Hill series, as well as the less dramatic and more scientific kinds of fear that can be found in the world.

I am also an artist and a musician, if those things interest you.

I loved Amnesia the dark descent a few years ago because it managed to be terrifying without enforcing difficult controls. Likewise for Outlast, those games were scary to me because they created desperate contexts without adding arbitrary control issues as an obstacle.

Just to name Resident Evil, I never got scared in that game, I got frustrated instead because the character has trouble moving the way I can IRL, and the camera prevented me from seeing what the character could see.

For me, horror is all about the immersion and sure you need good locations and events, immerse through the visuals, but without responsive controls, the horror is lost upon me.

Looks pretty cool so far. Love that you have a sort of blog where you keep people updated on what's going on.
I'm interested to know how you get your feedback on your page. I was kind of expecting to see a poll somewhere or a voting but didnt find either. Are you getting your feedback directly? And if so is that working out ok?

Thanks and best of luck :)
