I have an idea for a game that would be a modification of basic solitaire. I have most of the parameters for it as I have been playing it "hypothetically" for a while now. I need a developer, flash writer, to design it as it appears companys don't want to do that themselves, but want you to submit it already designed. I'm not a computer expert, but from my research, I guess it needs a Flash writer who will then Beta test it, make any necessary changes, and see if it is marketable. It can played for fun and also in a casino/betting application, and there is nothing like it in existence, from what I can find.

Anyone interested in talking to me about writing the code for this or otherwise getting involved, can reach me at drsuzy2001@yahoo.com If you have an interest, let me know some of your background and how you would charge for a project like this. I can provide all the details after an appropriate NDA (non-disclosure document) is executed.

look into Elance. you might be able to find someone there for a decent price. You will want to ask for an "Flash Developer" or "Actionscript Programmer" as well, not a Flash writer.

If you've got some money to pay for it up front, then sure, you can get it done, but if you're hoping for someone to jump up and write it for free in exchange for royalties later, I doubt you'll have much luck.

Silly question here: Have you played around with Flash at all? You might surprise yourself - it's not too difficult to make things happen and there's tons of tutorials online. If you can read, search google, and break down the action you want to happen on the screen into small, logical steps, you can probably write the game yourself. It will certainly not cost you anything but time to try. :)

Thank you for your suggestions so far. No, we don't want to try to write the script ourselves. We are willing to pay up front for a good, professional that will be able to adapt it if needed in the future for real casino/money play. There are aspects where the odds could be adjusted by purchasers to their actuary requirements. If the script writer decides that the idea is as good as we think it is, we may give them an optional percentage if they prefer that for payment.
