    UCG Games is a new studio founded by an ex-Rockstar game designer to make innovative strategy games in a wholesome work culture.


    We are currently developing a PC based deck building card game with a twist.


    Role


    We are looking for a producer who wants to gather, manage and bond with a team of four driven creators and technical professionals to make an incredible strategy game. As the game approaches launch, the scope will expand to helping promote and evangelize the game.


    Responsibilities


    Hiring & HR

    Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding of top-tier "triple I" team members


    Scheduling and Budget Management

    Create, track and hold team accountable to milestone and goals, as well as the keeping tabs on the financial plan


    Marketing

    Forge partnerships with media outlets and content creators to get the word out


    Social Media & Community Management

    Check in with community posts and questions and act as both a bridge between community and technical staff as well as an independent advocate of the product


    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field


    Ideal Qualifications


    2+ years of marketing experience or project planning, preferably in games

    Experience in community management, social media/outreach

    Recruiting experience a plus

    Good speaking skills and friendly, positive attitude!
