In need of Graphic Designer

Hello, I'm a game programmer and have recently begun a new project. I'm relatively new to the scene, but I have a few finished works behind me. They're all somewhat simple iPhone apps and I'm really itching to branch out into truly fulfilling work. I have taken the time to learn and truly understand Unity/C# and intend to put my future games on Steam. I have realized that although coding and the creative process come naturally to me, graphic design does not. So I am in desperate need of a designer that would be willing to partner with me. Not necessarily for a while but specifically for this current project although the two are not mutually exclusive. I have many ideas for full fledged games, and my current one is an Action RPG that centers around the idea of isolation.
