    We recently raised a round and are interested in potentially acquiring a couple of O&O games. If you've sold a game recently what type of revenue multiple are you seeing and what should be expected in the market? Or how much would you expect to get to be willing to sell?     update your document to state that a single member (or more members if aplicable) LLC (limited liability corp) is the business type one should setup, as a sole proprietor takes on all liability personally, whereas an LLC, is LIMITED LIABILITY...
