Recently I found a group of like minded people who wish to create a game on our own (a 2D rogue-like RPG), however there has been a little bit of trouble with getting some of it started since we more or less lack the experience to organize or bootstrap such a project among the people in people are helping. Really everyone involved is doing it as a sort of hobby in order to have a better idea on what to do in order to create a games (or at least how to contribute their part to one), we are having to deal with problems that come with such an ad-hoc type of organization.

If anyone has been in a similar situation before or has ideas on how to deal with such situations when creating indie games please reply and offer some insights on what can be done to resolve some of our issues.

    Thanks. :D
