Only a year in development? It looks so polished it could have been in development for 3 years!

Nice going guys, good luck with the launch

Looks great and I agree with that youtube comment, that you're crazy selling it for only $10!

I think $10 is good price point - you will get a boatload of sales if the game is good (cue magicka). The graphics look great - can't really comment on the gameplay by seeing just the video, but it seems fun enough. I have some question(s) for you:

How many people in your team? What engine/tech you've used to make the game? Any thing clever you did to save time? Are all of you experienced game devs or some of you are newbs too?

You don't have to give very detailed answers (I assume you're pretty busy right now), but I'd be very interested in your answers!

    Hiya,

3-man team. Flash (HAXE) Engine / IDE for menus / Custom AIR editor. Dynamically loaded levels based on level templates + dynamic enemy swapping. Primarily our custom editor saves time - allows us to tweak while our coder focuses on the core framework. All 3 years min experience + 15 years max.

    Hope that helps :)

Looks great, definitely reminiscent of the Bitmap Brothers' stuff. Totally not my cup of tea as a game, though!

Great work ,I hope it gets the success it deserves.
I think that in this day and age, $10 is a correct price (that's my consumer POV)
I like what you're doing with (the supposedly dead) flash.

Very enjoyable, spent 45 minutes bashing critters. Just sent you an image with some spiders stuck off a map.
