Match Gems has just been released and available at www.matchgems.com
Jesse did an amazing job with the music and sound effects. I highly recommend him. You should download it just to listen to the opening theme!
Jesse did a great job with the sound effects for Fashion Cents Deluxe. The original game had very limited audio - except for music and voiceovers and a few incongruous sound effects. I knew I needed more sound for the Deluxe version, but wasn't sure what to do for sounds in a dress-up game. Jesse came up with some great effects!
This was the first time I ever used a professional sound designer for a game, and it made all the difference. Jesse was quick to respond to my e-mails, and he had a very fast turnaround time. He was very patient and professional, which was good because I can be very picky about what I want. He also helped me correct problems with the existing audio that I didn't even know I had. The final audio design really helped the game, and it was a hit with the beta testers.
I will definitely be using a professional sound designer for future projects, and Jesse will be the first one I call.
Jesse your work is great! I wanted to tell you that just listening to your samples inspired me to add a new facet to a game I'm working on -- I am changing a key aspect to take advantage of music better. I'll be giving you a call soon
Also I wanted to give you a tip:
Pretty soon there is going to be a much larger demand for your services
There is a site called Metaplace - it will be a site that will allow anyone who wants to to create their own hosted MMO (or single player if they want). With lots of folks creating games in that environment, I'm sure that they will be wanting services of folks like you:
Check out the FAQ on their site:http://metaplace.com/
Your music is awesome as always, keep composing.
Hey Jesse, beyond anything you've done, I just want to extend serious congratulations on Mount & Blade.
I hope that the Gamespot review of your soundtrack brings more attention to the ever growing realization that a solid and well thoughtout soundtrack is an important stabilizing facet to a game production.
Here's to more live scores in games!
Congratulations Jesse! That is an awesome achievement. Must be very rewarding to have your score performed. Definately going to check out this game.
Very impressive stuff Jesse!
