    Aye certain events in the last few months trying to give us some free time but we've still got stuff to be going at :)

    Plus I've had a bit of time to sort some areas of the engine that I've been wanting to address for a while, and some which are just plain fun :)

    Even the b3d version looked great. Too bad it couldn't get finished back then for version 1.0. That would have easily owned any other game at the time.

    It is a shame, I guess, that the original version didn't manage to hurdle the last 20% of development way back when, but it also meant I got a second shot at it - the old version hasn't aged too badly considering how far back it dates from, but the new version is going to look bang-up-to-date. :)

    And at least it meant we had a detailed prototype to work from. It helped a lot when it came to writing my first detailed design document.

    It's the latest craze in outsourcing. They don't need food, shelter, or love.
