I teamed up with an independent game studio based in India. The past 18 months we've been working on a new RTS game called APOX. The game is using the OGRE rendering engine. The gameplay engine was built on the Indie RTS game Trash.

APOX is shaping up to be a great game. Check out our announcement video and if you are interested in helping us beta test the game, please sign up for the closed beta test!

    Thanks

Tried to sign up for the beta, it accepted the form, but says it has sent a mail, only I'm not recieving a mail.

Wouldnt mind testing it, I like RTS's and the scale of the game is interesting.

Wow, I was thinking about you the other day Mark and I was like, I wonder what happened to him. Trash was a great start, he must have found a job some place and is swamped with work on some huge project. (it happens) Nice to see your still following your passion and not letting people tell you indies can't make RTS's. ;)

Looks great btw, Trash had good production values but these are even higher!

Just saw this on indiegames.com, looks great! The visual style reminds me of C&C Generals, which I'm a big fan of. I love the idea of combining units and customization.

BTW, the beta signup email came through fine for me, I hope I get picked!

Glad to see you are still making game too Dan!

Initially Windows, later Mac -- we're using Ogre which should make porting to Mac easier.

Both though there's more of a focus on multiplayer.

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Cool, because all RTS I played I play single player campaign or skirmish mode. I hate multiplayer games :)
    Going to sign up then.
