    I'm afraid I haven't.

I don't know if this is a clue, but on the loading bar, the fairies in the bottles appear correctly. Then, when loading finishes and they fly away, I see them as grids (i.e. the full texture). It's all glitchy from there on.

I have seen lots of questions on this thread as to how that level of polish could possibly be created in so little time....I feel compelled and obligated to spill the secret since it hasn't come out.

warning: Game content creation spoiler is comming - if your hardcore (like me) and want to do things the slow way, read no further!

Here is an image I created in about 60 seconds:

    Screen shot

I created it (as I am sure Emmanuels friend did) with this: DAZ 3D

I must say, it suprised the hell out of me that no one else, especially on this board, has recognized those graphics. I recognized them as soon as I saw the screen shots. It's the fairy that comes with the package. There's nothing wrong with that as that's what this software is made for. What surprises me is that you all don't already have DAZ!! Geez, I am basically a newb at this and even I have had DAZ for over a year now.

There, now everyone can have amazing graphics.... and it's FREE. But do the artists a favor and buy some of the other skins (and also so all the stuff comming out in the next month doesn't look the same).

Now, go and ubberfy your games in a couple of days :)

    Fairies Feedback

Hopefully not too late for feedback. Love the game, graphics, music and gameplay.

The only thing that distracted a bit was the auto-hints. I couldn't find a way to turn them off.

No poking fun now, but I also wanted to see if the title track was available for separate purchase, but no reply as yet.

That's remarkably polished for 2 months of work. Emmanuel - how many hours a week do you work?

you can try Matt Bennetts engine too.... its excellent, it gives all the power to the designer / content creators :) and its 100% free without any obligations of any sort

    http://homepage.ntlworld.com/matibee/MEng/index.html

Dont point out the irony that the first game done with it is a freeware clone :)
    we are practicing

Matts engine is incredible for having tons of animated content and keep it at very high frame rate. We exploited that by having fully animated backgrounds and animation sequences triggered every seconds.

you would have to talk to him about the specifics but theres very little content that is hard coded when you are using is engine so the designer can really test tons of posibilities whitout any help from the programmer.

See you guys have got it all wrong!

He is not cloning games, he is thinking much higher then that.
Haven't you guys figured it out yet.
    He is cloning himself.
He has 3 - 4 clones of himself helping him crank out well polished games.

    Now that is smart! ;)

It's more the people who say "wow, that's so inspiring!" that I'm thinking about...

Agreed. Please don't take this as a green light to start cranking out even more clones, people. I just checked out this weeks offerings from the various portals and there's not a single original idea in sight. :-/
