Errr fantastic artist, but it takes age to receive a basic quote from you, and I see you appearing regularly on this forum, so what's the point to make an announcement if you don't reply your messages

It's likely he didn't get your message. No contractor ignores a quote request. I'd try the email in the lower right corner of his examples rather than PM.
