not bad, not my type of game, but it may do well.
ran kind of slow on my 2ghz intel and took awhile to load, but still not bad.
Good luck!

B4 they get fixed: screenshots don't work.![]()
I have p4 2.4 intel and runs fine here with 4-5 seconds load times.
Link for screenshots works for me so im not sure whats wrong there.

1) I think all the graphics are in need of some work. They aren't up to par with the quality of most casual games released on portals.
2) Why use arrow keys to change the direction of the arrows. Why not let the player click on an arrow to rotate them all ... For example, left click rotates all arrows clockwise, right click rotates all arrows counter-clockwise
or have a GUI with 2 buttons, 1 for clockwise and 1 for counter-clockwise.
Casual gamers tend to prefer Mouse controlled games, there have been exceptions, but I don't think there is any excuse for a game like this not to use the mouse. In fact, I think mouse control would allow you to add some other types of obstacles in the game too.
For example, maybe bridges. Some start in the up position, some in the down. When you click one bridge it toggles all the states of all bridges (just like the arrows)
3) Why not have arrows poiting in different directions instead of all pointing in the same direction, it would add a little bit of something to the game.
In all I think it's a good start and has promise, it definetly needs more work though.
Screens still don't work, well they pop up a download request (Which I ain't going to accept for a couple of screenshots) and I saw something about ".bmp" in the path also. You may wanna think about the good work from the 'Joint Photographic Experts Group' when it comes to these matters to save us time and to save you bandwidth.![]()
BMC yes the mouse might be better and a very helpful suggestion, i will try it out.
Thanks for the feedback.
Darren.
Level 10 hurts my brain
Convert to JPG your screen shots. Almost 2mb for a screen shot is nuts.
This got me curious. Are you sure it will be published by the portals (unlikely)? What if not?Originally Posted by Dyno Kid
