None of your images are showing up.
Why do you have this on your front page?Want to add a text Ad for FREE?
Which images, the screeshots? Are you at least seeing the thumbnails?Originally Posted by Batley

In Firefox, there is this huge white space to the right of the Menu column and the left of the "Welcome to United Games" column. Was that intentional? It might be the newsletter subscription part that's stretching out the page unnecessarily.

I'm using Firefox, too, and I dont' see that. Do you mind sending me a screenshot of what you're seeing?Originally Posted by AnthemAudio

Well, I'm just starting out, so I want to try to get ranked a lot faster and I saw that text ads are very good for people starting out. I just figured if I had more of a community feel to the site, it would be easier to get people to come and see what we're about. Where should I put this?Originally Posted by mot

I'm not an expert on this stuff (although I seriously do believe that even a
monkey can get a "SEO" job nowadays). Anyway, on your site you
don't have to push the ads in peoples' faces since they (the people) are
already there, so at least put them to the side or something. The games
should get most attention when someone opens the page, not the ads.
Or you can pay for ads and not have to put any on your own site at all.
maybe i'll just put them on the side. It's easy for me to change positions. As far as SEO, I have my keywords and such set, but you shouldn't just depend on one thing. I try to do as much as I can. If I can do more than SEO, which take at LEAST a month to see results, I'll do it, depending on the pros and cons.

Just a few thoughts:
1.) -- get rid of the debug text in the screenshots of Path of Steel. Not sure if it's like that in-game, but either way, it shouldn't be.
2.) -- do you really need 48 screenshots of Space Renegades? At first I was appreciative... thinking... wow... this is really a lot to look at. But after the first dozen or so it just gets repetitive and silly. I dunno... mebbe it's just me.
3.) -- A lot of the copy on the site needs work... for instance, your mission statement says that you hope to "eventually" create games for the PlayStation... (1) ... The whole thing sortof screams out 'amateur' to me personally, though I may be in the minority in this. I don't mean to just be randomly harsh, but I think you should carefully consider what it is that you'd like to say at any point that you need to place TEXT, and remember that saying less might be better than saying more.

Oops! I thought I had commented that out, but seemed to have commented the wrong page. That should be taken care of now, though. Thanks!Originally Posted by TimS
Well, before someone had mentioned that I needed to have more screenshot, so i made some. only 3 of the stages have enemies in them so far and the rest are just to show the stage design. So, that's why it may seem repetitive. It won't when the game's done.Originally Posted by TimS
No offense taken. But, I do need people to understand that I'm trying to form a community and have supporters in our quest. What we want to do is start a trend in the development of 2D games for consoles. But you have to crawl before you walk. There are a lot of people out there that would like for more 2D games to be made on the different consoles out there, especially with the new speed and power these consoles hold. We want people to know that we're a start up and that we're doing this not just for us, but for other companies to really see that 2D will not go away so they will also make more 2D games. I'm not only focusing on PC's and Mac's. I'm not only focusing on making "casual" games, either. But, all genre's. So how would one convey this without sounding too formal?Originally Posted by TimS

I checked the site again and it did the same thing, then I hit F5 to refresh and it straightened out. So no worries there.Originally Posted by eppskevin
