Background Artwork Needed!!

I need 5 custom cartoony 3D rendered backgrounds created.

I have some stock artwork that is real close to what I am looking for:

The problem with these is that they have trees and fences and other props but that is not what I am looking for.

I need clean backgrounds (no artifacts on ground )with just the blue sky, some clouds and also varying terrains ( fresh summer grass, autumn grass, street asphalt, cityscape, forest scape) Also I need varying modes of sky. Clear, Hazy, Reddish etc...

Sounds to me like asking for something done in a 3D rendering tool like Bryce or Vue.

I did a quick on to see how the grass would turn out and set the sky in different ways...

Those look great but they seem a bit to photorealistic. I'm looking for more cartoon or toony looking. Also the perspective in the sample I listed is what I am looking for.

This is a mockup of the screen I am striving for. They don't have to be 3D rendered as long as they have the look and feel of those samples.
