Hosting site for Freeware games?

I'm looking for a place that is geared for hosting both discussion and downloading of freegames, and that it itself is free. I would like a place were users can discuss it and report bugs.

I do not like Yahoo groups because due to thier EULA, it lets them use my content as a way to advertise. And that may interfere with getting permission of using models others use in mods for similar games. (When i get around to doing a 3d interface of game) I may use them to start but then move to another service when i start on release 2. But would rather have something all in one now and not have to move.
