I thought maybe they were being clever about running such a tight ship that they don't have to work hard to keep it that way. You know: "We don't have to hire 300 admins because our systems just work."
Then I read:
Huh.Sometimes, there might be a glitch in the system that needs fixin'. We'll get it fixed. Really. Eventually.
EDIT: Oh, the rest is pretty good, too. Their privacy policy:
Second Rate Hosting only collects identifiable information about our customers when they volunteer such information (like on our sign up forms, etc). We won't sell your information or transfer it to any third parties. We are not the partying types.

We do monitor customer usage of our services for the purpose of discovering what is boring and what is not. Some say this is so we can deliver better service. We say it's because boring stuff sucks.

They're what's known as 'taking the piss' out of all the other insane claims others spurt forward. I find it pretty damn refreshing and funny... but I probably wouldn't host with them all the same
