    Question Who handles tech support?

    I did a 'tech support' search and couldn't find a previous thread so I apologize if this was discussed before.

    Who handles various parts of tech support?

    I assume issues with gameplay would be handled by the developer. But if there are install wrappers added by portals/affiliates then they are responsible for handling installation issues. Correct?

    Can you guys break this down for me?

    For example here we try to make tech support as self service as possible via faqs and so forth. If customer contacts us with tech questions we try to handle it here. If stumps us we'll refer it to the developer to help when called for, but try to keep that to an absolute minimum.
