I think all of them look great.
I rank them in order of ones I like best:
3
1
2
Good luck!
Okay, there's been a lot of talk about logos lately so I thought I'd throw mine out there for some constructive criticism as well. I'm trying to convey "Cute" and "Fun". Also I hope it fits my tagline of "Time for Fun".
I'm a little unsure about the color scheme so I created this with three different options below:
Option 1
Option 2
Option 3
The logo was hand drawn and looks it. (Not neccessarily a bad thing though.) I may eventually bring this into a vector program (like illustrator) and clean it up some more.
Let me know what you think. Don't be afraid to rip it apart, as I want to make this have some appeal to it as it will be prominent on the website. Tell me what you do and don't like about it. Thanks!

3 - makes the watch look more like a banana...

I like 3 best, colors seem more alive and exciting!
It might be fun if the monkey had the watch's hands in his hands?

Same order of preference as DevMan. 3 is my fave, 1 is quite nice and I don't really like 1.
yup, 3's colors work out well together.

That monkey is chained to a huge clock, clearly enslaved to his 9 to 5 job. Also he is bald except for a tiny tuft of hair. None of this is fun! Well maybe it's just me![]()
I thought the same thing the first time I saw it.
3's the best, but, and I'm not sure how to describe it, the green & gold is hard on the eyes - it's like it's jarring?
Anyway, maybe the monkey should be swinging from the pocket chain so that it doesn't look like he's chained up.

Thanks for the feedback guys! The monkey is supposed to be swinging (by his feet), but I guess he just doesn't look like he's doing that. I'll try some things to see if that can be improved. It sounds like most everyone likes the green and gold better. I may still play with the colors some more. I want them to be bold and lively, but not to the point where they are overpowering.
Another idea I was playing around with was a play on the old Mickey Mouse watch, where the monkey was on the face of the watch and his hands (and feet) were the hands of the watch. I may put up a rough sketch to give you an idea.
Im liking 3. Whats this facination with Monkeys anyway?![]()

Or perhaps have hime swinging from the hands of the watch? Like the old black and white of Charlie Chaplin (I think?) hanging on to the hands of Big Ben?
Okay I've finally gotten around to working on my logo again. I believe this one makes it more apparent that he's swinging. Let me know what you all think. Is is better? worse?
Option 4
3 is the best
4 looks like a shrinked image...and the monkey almost looks like a BDSM adept who likes to be tied with chains lol . Too much porn on the net already![]()
Hi
I liked the first logo best, not sure about the colours though. As you said, could probably do with experimenting a bit more. Stick to yellow for the watch I think. The other thing is to reduce the spacing between your letters. Have them overlap ever so slightly, I think it would neaten things up.
It's on the right tracks though!

Thanks guys for your input. I quickly threw together a few other ideas to see if anyone thought they held any merit. They are found here (Options 5, 6, & 7). Thoughts?
I may end up using the first logo (option 3), as sometimes your gut is right the first time, but if so, I'll extend the chain out some so it looks more like he's swinging than being chained. I also might jumble and overlap the letters some (as suggested) to give the text a more "lively" feel.
Correction. You're actually refering to Harold LLoyd!Originally Posted by Mithril Studios

I like the logo currently on your website. However, every time I see "MonkeyTime: Time for Fun!" I can't help turning the words around and ending up with "Time is Monkey" (groan).
