Default Are phone and fax orders significant? What about more exotic modern payment options?

We have a toll free phone number customers can call 24/7 to order games. They are given a registration code over then phone after they pay with a credit card. We also accept PayPal payment and checks via mail order. We have considered trying to handle 900 number (changes for game purchase appear on your home phone bill), SMS (charges appear on your cell phone bill), or just simple credit card via mail order and fax.

As you would imagine, most of our sales are made with a credit card over the Internet. But most are not done in a web browser. We have an integrated order form which securely sends the credit card number directly form the in-game order form to our e-commerce server. This does not use an embedded Internet Explorer control and any HTML of any flavor. But it does use SSL HTTP to talk to a standard web server.

Here are how the sales come in for us so far this year:
    Code:
    81.5% In Game Credit Card
     9.7% Web Credit Card
     3.6% Web Pay Pal
     3.6% Phone Credit Card
     1.6% Mail Order Check
I am curious to know what payment processing options work for you. Do many people use phone, fax, or mail order? Do you have more exotic stuff working like pay with your cell phone?

I haven't got any hard stats to hand but it's something like 90% use our ingame stuff (works the same way as Reflexive except it's proprietry protocol) and the other 10% use the rather well hidden website purchase pages. We don't have any non-card payments.

Most of my sales from germany pay by wire transfer. I am using shareit (germany based). Credit cards are not as common as in the US.

We're working with a UK based site and they push SMS as their major purchase scheme since credit cards are not very popular in EU. Seems swift/solo is good in UK, wire transfers in Germany, and SMS all through EU. Lately we've been seeing more orders from EU countries and figured if made easier for them bet would see an even bigger pop. Prior thread...
