Dedicated graphic artist wanted - Meeklits project

I'm looking for a dedicated graphic artist who can help me redraw most of the graphics for the following game: www.meeklits.com . In terms of graphic style, I'm open to possibilities. Here are some things I expect from the artist:

1. Communicative and responsive
2. Creative and full of ideas
3. Dedicated to completing the whole project
4. Must have Paypal
5. Graphic skills matches to those games seen in Yahoo or Realarcade

What can the artist expect from me:

1. Responsive
2. Allow artist much creative freedom
3. Payment done in increments and on time
