Mitchell Gibbs - Experienced Composer for Media
My names Mitchell, and I specialise in bespoke composition for film, television, video games and any other form of media in fact. I'm here today looking for potential collaborations and projects that you may need musical assistance with. I can compose in a range of different styles from orchestral music all the way across the sonic spectrum to contemporary electronic music, to find the right sound palette for your particular musical needs.
What experience do have, I hear you ask? Well, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music specialising in composition, orchestration & arranging, music theory and music production. I also have professional experience writing for short and feature films, animations, video games, sonic branding and the concert hall. On the other hand, I'm a huge film buff and love playing video games, which enables me to keep up to date with musical trends and how music is used poorly and effectively in video games.
However, I do have a couple of conditions. The first being there should be a nominated member on your team that I can report to give me feedback on my work (to speed up workflow). Secondly, the project should be released in the next 2-3 months, as I've spent countless hours on projects that in the end got cancelled for various reasons.
That aside, if you're interested in hiring me or need advice on a project feel to contact me via my website: www.mitchell-gibbs.com.
You can find my portfolio and work history on my website and you can also hear samples on my Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/mitchell-gibbs-music.
I hope to work with you soon!

Just finished composing the score for 'Out Of Service' produced by De La Mare Productions. So I'm now available to take on some more projects, feel free to get in touch! Here's a taster of the music I did for the project: https://soundcloud.com/mitchell-gibb...-score-excerpt
Here's the trailer for Out Of Service that I composed the music for, check it out! I know it's not a video game but it showcases the quality of my work and abilities.
I've just finished working on some movie soundtracks, in which one of the films I worked on just picked up an award for 'Best Technical Achievement'! This now enables me to take on some new projects, if you're in need of a composer, feel free to get in touch on here or via my website (www.mitchell-gibbs.com).
Hope to hear from some of you soon!
