[Paid] Centipede-like Box Art

I am looking for a 584x700 image in the style of the classic Centipede arcade cabinet artwork ( http://www.pinballrebel.com/arcade/a...entipede_c.jpg ). I'm looking for a similar styled caterpillar / enemy that is wrapped around a space ship. It might look cool if the ship is firing at the caterpillar, if it fits into the image. I expect the caterpillar to look meaner and more realistic than what is on the centipede cabinet. Overlayed on the box art should be the title "Bad Caterpillar" in a cool looking, readable font that matches the style of the rest of the game.

If the ship or caterpillar goes off the screen, I would like them completed so that I could potentially make a wider image for use on the in-game title screen or background or use this portion of the image separately. I would like to have this image in Photoshop format so that I can remove the title and potentially other layers as I see fit.

Please let me know what you think this would cost to create and how long it will take you to finish.
