To clarify. Publishing typically means a cash advance against royalties. Affiliation means you aren't fronting cash but do earn a commission on sales.

What you are doing is not publishing. Your ad. should read "Would like to give your content away on my website for no compensation!". Or, to be a little kinder, "Flash portal looking for free content to give away".
