Hi, everyone!

I'm Stephanie, community manager for studio Downward Viral. We're launching a digital zombie card game on Kickstarter and would LOVE your feedback on the idea, the style, etc.

Z. is a zombies-versus-survivors card game with digital and physical options. We're using live photography and gruesome horror effects for the cards, and our star-studded guest cards — Tim Schafer, Ron Gilbert, Jessica Nigri, Linda Le, Monika Lee, Tex Murphy, Mr. Destructoid, etc. — are free to backers at EVERY level.



The digital platform really allows us to create the best possible experience. The game is not just free-to-play— it features cross-platform support, active tutorials (no reading lengthy rule books), live-action cinematic content (that we're making with the Left 4 Dead short film team), natural unlocks (also free), intelligent matchmaking, killstreaks, different game modes, and more.

What do you think? Any suggestions on how we could make this better, or do you love what we're doing already?

I'm no expert, but this is looking great. Very "hip" and should definitely resonate with people. Card Games are a great fit for the digital market and you seem to flesh out your whole concept and idea to the fullest extent.

Also, very interesting to see the split between the tiers on the Kickstarter campaign.
