Site Admins: Can you approve an account please?

Hi, I got an email from someone who tried to register back in 2010 (gameengineer) and has been emailing the admins recently to get access. Can you resend the verification email? Thanks.

Oh it turns out the response was from me, not actually a response from admins. He still needs help. Here's what he told me:

Obviously its been over 48 hours since I signed up. I thought well maybe I got a verification email that I didn't respond to back then so it never verified me and for some reason my posts to the admin in the "Comments" page are not reaching them. So I created a new registration even with a different email address so it would look like a completely new person. I never received a verification email (if I was supposed to) and its been longer than 48 hours with that account and it does not have write privileges either.
