I received this notice this morning in my email.
PopCap is now a division of Electronic Arts Inc. (EA)! As part of this transition, no earlier than January 2, 2012, PopCap will be merging its product offerings and databases with those of EA. EA's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will thereafter govern any information you have provided to PopCap. To learn more about how PopCap will be making this transition, how the change will affect you, and to read EA's policies

yeah, I got the same, and clicked the link to not transfer my details. I'd forgotten they'd done this deal back in the summer.
Popcap has been pretty good sending freebies and fun stuff in emails over the years, never abusing the customer info. Hope EA weren't planning on getting the full Popcap customer database![]()
Oh, so that's what that was! I didn't bother reading it and slugged it into a folder. Thanks for the reminder.
Hahahah, I misread this to say "Popcap bought EA!"
Whew...
