Well done sir,
I am seriously impressed.
Indie game you say... but it was not too long ago that this would be considered AAA quality.
Your render engine is impressive. Is it your own?
The shadows are done well, and even work on things like moving grass.
Especially shadows on water, and in the dark are impressive.
About the game: I love the theme.
Watching your video, I got the impression it is BlueByte's Settler's meets Oblivion.
The world and graphics look good. How big is it? Completely open world I assume?
If you can pull of the comedy and humour aspect well, you should have a winner.
Anyways.. sorry for the lack of criticisms in this post, but if it comes out for iOS or OSX I will buy it. I probably should not play it for the sake of the progression on my own indie projects, but you will get my money.
Oh.. lastly...
You mention pitching to investors and publishers.
Make sure you actually need them before you get them.
In this day and age self-publishing is easier.
You don't seem to be too far off with release, so if you don't need funding, skip the investors I would say. There is good money to be made by self publishing, as long as you can afford the development costs.
