Looking for Flash Artist & Animator

I'm looking for a Flash artist and animator (possibly the same person) to create the graphics for a Match 3 game I'm working on. I have a detailed spec of what I think is needed and a general feel I'm looking for, but I'm really looking for someone to pickup where I left off (as I am definitely NOT an artist/designer) and finish off the game with a high polish.

I'm expecting this to be a contract, work for hire job, but can be flexible.

Please provide portfolio/previous relevant work link and I'll PM you with the RFP.
