im server programmer who want to build flash / action script / flex simple casual game i have no experience as designer , i have some 3d studio max experience from 10 years ago i really want to build simple game that will be my client so people could play . i want to be able to get the game dissent graphics . but really simple like bejewele or Mahjong or some simple card game. where to go what to do ?

There are free resources online for graphics, or you could just draw your own in any art program and use them until you have a game. If you can't afford to pay someone for their art don't expect anything of quality. I would say if you don't have the capital to pay for art don't bother trying to get it for free. Wait until you get the money and then hire someone once you know exactly what assets you need for your game.
