I am one of the developer from Labu Games. We're working on our first iphone/ipod touch game and it's close to finish.

Wingmen: World War is a strategy game focusing on aerial battle. You will be playing as a mercenary commander of Wingmen Corp fighting against alien invasion. Basically, the game is merging Warfare 1914 (from armorgames) & Altitude (the dogfight action game). Wingmen started as a more simpler flash game but, we have added new game changing features for the iOS version. You can now select your unit and issue a command like an RTS game.
In each mission, you can carry several types of planes and special attacks. Each type of plane is armed with different types of weapon, e.g. gatling gun, homing missile, etc. There are also several types of special attacks, among them is Anti-Aircraft Missile, EMP, Airstrike, etc.
One of the exciting new features is the plane's special ability. Each plane comes with a special ability, there is Burst fire, Turbo, Teleport, Backflip evasive maneuver, etc. A couple of them can be spotted in the trailer.
There is also upgrades you can buy, and special attacks and ships you can unlock using XP point. You earn XP by finishing missions. The better your performance in mission is, the more XP you will earn.

I am open to suggestions on marketing the game from you guys. I believe there's quite a number of users here that have released an iOS game.

Hi lennard, I'm sorry I didn't realise there is a reply. The last few weeks has been crazy. It's been a bumpy ride, but I'm happy to say that the game is finally approved & released.
I don't have plan for a viral Flash version for now. Do you have any experience in this? Does it have a substansial impact on the iphone app sales?
I wonder if I develop a flash version, could I get a sponsorship for it?
Since we build it in unity, we can release it on the web though. But, afaik there's not many unity game portal out there (other than kongregate). So, it's probably not going to help much.
