Hi
We're finishing Avalon Legends Solitaire and would appreciate some feedback. For now just Windows version. This is our take on "you play one higher/lower card".

I played the Mac version. It ran fine on my Mac Pro, 2 x 2.8 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon with 4 GB memory and Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT.
Overall, I enjoyed the demo. The gameplay wasn't anything new. It was very similar to Fairway Solitaire, which I still play all the time.
I was a bit disappointed in the graphics. After seeing the beautiful graphics in your other Avalon games, the cartoon graphics seemed like a step backwards visually. They were adequate, but I missed the pretty scenery.
A couple of things about the gameplay: first, maybe I missed something, but I wasn't sure what the purpose was of playing with the magic cards you found. It confused me to see them in the deck. I'd get to one, and it didn't seem to do anything special. Also, I never knew when I was looking at a card I had already found or a new one I needed to get. If you're going to mix the magic cards into the deck, I think you need a way to distinguish the new ones from the ones you already found.
Second, I played about 25 levels. It might be nice to have a different kind of level every so often to break things up. Fairway Solitaire had occasional timed levels that mixed things up a bit and kept it interesting. And your previous Avalon games had some mini-games along the way that did the same thing. It's not necessary, but I think casual gamers like that.
Good job! I think I liked this better than Soccer Cup Solitaire! And I like the way it builds on your Avalon series.
