    Default Children's Illustrators Needed

A couple of months ago I launched a digital children's book company, Story Fort. You may have seen a post on TIGSource about our first book, "What is Bothering Carl?"

I am moving forward with a few more stories from other writers. Unfortunately, I can only handle illustrating one storybook at a time, and I have already begun another book of my own.

I am looking to hire illustrators to work on these other books. You would not need to worry about animating anything (if you do not want to) but all art would have to be submitted in layers so that it could be animated later for the book. The payment amount would vary based on length of story, experience, etc., and/or you could also receive a percentage of each sale. (Basically, we would need to work something out) Please post links to your portfolio in this thread, or you can also email me at andy(at)storyfort.com!

Also- If you have a children's story you would like to submit, whether you wish to illustrate your own story or would like me to find an illustrator for your book, I am open to reviewing them as well.

Below is an example page to give you an idea of what the books are like:

    Thanks for your time!

Looking great! I really enjoyed the demo.
Probably it's not in your plan, but localized versions for other languages would be great.
I also like your Story Fort HQ

I'd love something similar for smaller kids (under 3). Mine is really skilled with the keyboard and the 360 controller Haven't destroyed them yet, but I think it won't be long unless I find something for him to actually play. I've seen some videos from the V.Smile console, but not localized either.

    To blinkok:
they are animated and interactive PC books.

I've always wanted to do a children's book!

I can do both animation and still images. Illustrating a children's book is on my list of thing to do just to say I did.
