Default Where to find flash games, that are not part of an aggregate site?

Anyone know how I can find flash games that are NOT on the big flash games sites, (like addictinggames.com or flashgames247.com, ect). In other words non-sponsered flash games, ones that run ads themselves on their website, or through mochi ads?

Why are you looking for them? I mean, are you looking for Flash games by authors who aren't interested in having a sponsor? Or people looking for a sponsor who just don't have one yet? If you're looking to sponsor/advertise via/buy a game, www.flashgamelicense.com is the place to go. If not... well, maybe if we understood why you're looking for sponsorless games it might help us point you in the right direction.

Just type in "flash games" on google. There are 1000's upon 1000's of non sponsored games using ads, no ads, etc.

For my review site. I'd prefer linking directly to the developer's site (if they have one, alot of these don't however).

JGO - did you not read my question?

When I google it thousands of aggregate "play free games" sites pop up. I'm mostly looking for developers with their games on their sites, don't care if they do or don't have ads, and don't care if they even are on an aggregate site, just I would prefer linking to the developer's web page.

Make a mochiads 'publisher' account and browse through all the mochiad distribution-enabled flash games. They will all have a link to the developer at least.

And there are 1000's upon 1000's of non sponsored flash games for the taking. Google is indeed your friend.

Take a look at this: http://forums.tigsource.com/index.php?topic=4286.0

That's a list of 160 of the best Flash games ever made, as judged by one of the most accomplished Flash game developers. Many of those are sponsored, but many are not.

Most of those links, link to newgrounds or kongregate or something... Ahh well I guess I'll do it manually.

but... every newgrounds / kong game has a developer's account associated with it. If they neglect to link to their site there they will surely do it in the game.

What flash games did you want to review but weren't able to find a dev link for?

    Question

Are you talking about those that focus on building their own traffic / portal rather then going for a sponsorship model?

That would be hard to find out, because it's common practice even in that scenario to spread your game on a number of sites (including kong etc) and have your link in included and not all games on the newgrounds etc are sponsored even if they are on there. And if you can't get sponsored the above and /or mochi is your only revenue choices (ad's wise).

Actually mostly any games that are available to play on the developer's website. I don't really have anything against the portal type sites, I just prefer to have dev links instead. I'll look inside some of the games... Thanks for the help thus far.
