Artist Needed For "Retro" Shooter

I'm looking for an artist who can create an interesting top-down look for a 2-D shooter done in the style of Robotron 2084, with a modern update. The perspective is strictly top-down, but with some 3-d hinting. I want it to feel somewhat like a vector graphics game.
