Don't know if that's exactly new technology since Reflexive and others have been doing it for years... ... but I guess some leeway is allowed in a press release.

They've been aware of it for several days and are working on it. It's unfortunate, as Enkord has worked for years to maintain a safe site and build integrity, and there's nothing wrong with their site.
