Arrow First Class Flurry - Time management in the skies!

First Class Flurry is a new time management game where players get to play as a flight attendant. It's actually the first time management game that you play as a flight attendant

This is our second release of the year, and the second time management game we developed after Doggie Dash.

It is also our latest independent effort completely designed and developed internally.

Here is the game info page:
    http://www.viquagames.com/games/first-class-flurry/

    Download link:
    http://www.viquagames.com/games/firs...urry/download/

    Screenshots:

    http://www.viquagames.com/vqdata/fir...ry/screen2.jpg

The game is currently only available at our website which has also gone through a complete overhaul: http://www.viquagames.com

We've had a huge amount of positive feedback from players so far on the game and additionally the sales these first few days have really exceeded our expectations. It is by far the best launch of any of our self-published games. (Well, this is only the third one )

If anyone has feedback on the game or on our new website, I'd be very interested in hearing about it!

    Thanks!

I haven't play the game yet... but it is a nice idea... the market is far too crowded with shop themes...

    Good luck with your release.

Mmm... the graphics style in that second screenshot is a little harsh on my eyes... (You'll smack me if I say I prefer the graphics on Stewardess Panic, won't you? )

    *grin* I know, I'm evil.

But what I meant was that in that second screenshot there are a lot of very strong gradients, going all the way to white. In particular, the empty seat cushions. Too shiny! It makes it hard for my eyes to pick out the most important gameplay elements. Now, I can guess that this is from a pretty late level of the game when the player is already used to things and therefore won't have so much trouble.

However, for me, it was the first thing I saw (because I'm contrary and click on second screenshots first - a lot of people put their title screen in the first screenshot so I got into the habit). I think the first screenshot is much more pleasant and gives a better impression. *shrug*

I like it. It's probably your best so far. It's definitely a standard game in the genre but it's get that little extra something I can't quite place my finger on that makes it a bit more fun than average.

You're right about the screenshots. I'll probably fix the second one.

This is by far your best game yet. As svero said it doesn't win points for advancing the genre, however the execution is brilliant, and the game feels great to play. Feedback for the player's actions is very satisfactory and rewarding, and you've really worked out all the little details. I love the sky view while in flight and all the subtle funny things (clouds that look like animals etc). I'll also keep hoping that someone eventually makes a time management game that delivers the story with something else than a comic strip, and that the story doesn't involve taking over a fledging business.

I know! How about one where you're like a wizard or something and its all magical and you have to undo a curse, and there's spells and potions and stuff. That might be good.

Well it is an effective (and ultra cheap) way to deliver the story. What are you suggesting? Cut scenes
Anyway, most casual players just simply skip the story....

In most casual games, the comics are really ugly... and seems to have been rushed at the end of the project. It is a shame...

Just wanted to share an interview I did on Gamezebo:
    http://www.gamezebo.com/features/int...ai-viqua-games
It has a bit about the development of the game which might be interesting.
