Looking for cartoon textures

I'm working up a prototype for a game and I've been thinking about trying to get the feel of the environment prototyped up.

I dont suppose anyone has seen on thier travels, some cartoony textures? I'm talking about the kind of textures we used on Worms 3D, i.e. hand drawn cartoon style ones.

Seems a bit overkill to pay an artist to do them right now, I'm trying to resist the urge to pay for art until the gameplay is proven.

So anyone come across this?

I guess Secret of Mana would be good reference too.

What type of game are you working on (side scroller, top-down, etc.)?

3D Total have a texture CD devoted to "Toon Textures". Not sure how well it would suit your needs, but it's a decent collection of textures, and it's very inexpensive.
