Default My site not accessible from the UK?

A customer says she can't access my website. She's from the UK with an btinternet.com email.
Could people from the UK check, if the site works?
Anyone an idea why she can't see my site?

    Thanks.

fine here. Could it be BTs famously overzealous internet filtering?

Thanks for trying. Does BT filter sites? Email contact with the lady still works though.

Loaded fine for me, very quickly - and I'm on BT Internet. Has your customer got an overzealous website blocker or something?

Great, thanks. So the problem must be on the side of the customer.

Always ask lots of questions from customers like this. They will neglect to mention the most obvious things. Like, sh could be trying to access from work. I've had clients who couldn't view my company website because their corporate filters used an "allow" list rather than a "block" list.

Perhaps its possible that she has spelled it incorrectly. Make sure she is attempting to click a link.

I sent her a link per email, so spelling was not the problem.
