Distribution Agreement Template

Developers often ask me about standart distribution agreement when contacting me about distribution of their games from Logler site, but i still don't have one and this is really hard to write it from a scratch. Can anyone share with some standart distribution agreement to use it as a template for my own agreement or maybe there is some industry standart or something...need help.

Depending upon what you pay it might make sense to just use BMTMicro to handle all of it for you - ArcadeTown had me set up a title like that for them and it makes a lot of sense unless you have a dept. all set up for dealing with the accounting rigamarole.

Well, i plan using BMT and Plimus for this needs. So should i ask them about agreements?
