Does anyone here know someone personally from GarageGames? I don't know how they are generating sales of the Engine, the reality I'm facing is that no one replies to letters concerning buying their engine.

well, I know I can buy it any time. But it is a good idea to KNOW what you buy... therefore I wanted the guys to answer very specific questions on engine as there is no documentation available on it. If I invest money into this, I want to be sure I'm getting what I want.
So finally, after 7 business days I've got a reply...sad clients support I must admit...This makes me very wary about buying the engine...How fast will my developers be able to get tech-support if it takes 1,5 week to get reply to a potential customer....
