We are fans of multiplayer FlatOut 2 here and seeing your video reminds me of it. You might want to try playing the derby mode of that game for some inspiration.

My biggest advice is that you need to make the cars really explode when they are killed. It is really satisfying for the killer. Try FlatOut 2 derby mode and you'll know what I mean
