Can I? Do imprint laws affect my ability to sell games to Germans? I don't read German, but from what I can find, it seems like some sort of contact page that everyone has.
Afaik you have to take care about the laws of countries you're selling to. But I doubt this law will have too much effect for someone located in the USA. It's more of a problem for webmasters in G/AU/CH who aren't aware of the latest changes in law. There are too many lawyers who are specialized in making money by suing once some details offer opportunities.
Unfortunately it doesn't look like the laws which could protect us from these parasites will be changed to become more effective in the near future.

It's the other way around. We don't really need laws to protect us from that. The law simply needs to be changed a bit. Suing people for that kind of nitpick shizzle is only lucrative in Germany.
It's completely outrageous and retarded.
