Hi guys,
Slightly offtopic, but I recently did a quick google on "[product name] keygen" and I found a whole lotta semi-generated pages pretending to offer cracks/keygenerators for our product.
The point is: The reason I did this because I wanted to know if our homebrew key generation scheme was breached yet. However, these google hits look so much like malware I am affraid to try them out (don't have the time to re-install one of my precious development machines). :D
So my question is: How do you guys handle this? Do you even bother to check? Do you also check the torrents and warez newsgroups for cracked copies of your games? And if you find any, then what? Investing time in changing the protection scheme might often not be economically sound...
