I'm trying to test the distribution of a Linux title with someone that doesn't have Allegro Game Library already installed. I'm willing to pay $25 for this. This will probably only 1 - 3 downloads of a 23MB tarball package.
It would also be nice if you had AIM, MSN, or Yahoo Messenger as well.
Is there anyone willing to help?

I just may be interested in that! I'm currently running a pretty fresh install of SUSE 10.1 and will have an install of SUSE 10.2 within the next month or so. Feel free to contact me via any of the information in my profile.

For testing on linux I use live CDs. You can get live CDs for most distributions. Or you can set up xen/userlinux/qemu etc.
Check out distro watch for a ranking of distributions. It's not exact... however it'll give you a good idea of the most popular ones. http://distrowatch.com/
It's still not as good as testing on different hardware with peoples weird configurations. However by testing a few of the most popular distributions, you should get your game working on most linux boxes.
You can even get freebsd live CDs. Note that freebsd can run linux executables... so it may be worth checking to see if your game can run on freebsd too :) I can imagine you could get a lot of coverage as there are hardly any freebsd shareware games available. Maybe even do a release for the PC BSD (desktop BSD based on freebsd).
