Arctic Blue Games releases Space Exile!
Arctic Blue Games (http://www.arcticbluegames.com) continues their foray into the mobile gaming market with the release of Space Exile - the second game in their addictive collection. Upping the action and featuring vastly improved graphics and game play, you must try and save the world as you battle space aliens on their home turf before they can invade Earth!

Story
An evil alien race is bent on invading Earth. The hostile force includes multitudes of fast fighters, gun ships, a few surprises, and the huge mothership itself. Deep within the mothership lies your target - the key to the survival of the human race. The result of this battle spells certain death - and it's up to you to decide for whom - the aliens - or EARTH!

Ad-supported game for mobile phones.... hm.

I wonder how this scheme goes.

Personally i wouldn't touch such games, because i'm going to get charged everytime i play the game (which at the end will be more expensive than simply buying the game, especially given that my carrier charges a LOT for GPRS traffic).

Games are doing quite well using ads. People seem accept ads when getting a full game for free.

The ads only occur at startup and exit.

Regarding the carrier charges, it is becoming more common for people to have a flat monthly rate. For these people the game is essentially free.
