Wanted: 3D Character Artist, Posable & Animated

I'm looking for a part-time remote 3D character artist who can make models that are posable or use Poser 3D. Just need two characters at the moment for test Flash game concept. You must have decent animation skills and be able to make cell shade style models of quality equal to or greater than Capoeira Fighter:
