Ok - our team was using Mantis for a while, but we had some issues:
A web based ap was a problem for many of our team who are using flaky and intermittent Southeast Asian internet connections
People found it too easy to just never go to the page and look at their bugs.
It took forever to actually log long lists of trivial bugs, and even longer to regress them. This was especially bad when they were simple trivial 3 minute fixes that you just needed someone else to do - so you would balloon a 3 min. job into a 5 step, 15 minute process.
However, now that our company is really growing, our fallback "Excel sheet of bugs the producer sends daily" method is starting to show some cracks, and the programmers are crying for a return to Mantis.
I am so hoping people here have some suggestions....
